This is more of a lack of a relaxation technique. I can also feel Lachesis measure a bit shorter each time. |

I have a new technique now. I ignore people.
Knowning that they will be stressed helps me with my stress.

If you're looking for zen, sit in zazen for an hour. Try pranayama.
One thing I realized is stabilizing the mind while sober benefits your well being more. It allows you to recall that state of consciousness easier at any point. I often contemplate how absorbed I've been in such minuscule difficulties, and that in the grand scheme of my life they really can just be let go. Even if you need to attend to them at some point, just let go and focus on the present. |
