What to do against spam?

I'm getting at least 25 spam mails a day.
I've already took my mail adress from my homepage, and it won't come up on Google anymore. What else can I do?

Is it save to have it as adress for this very forum?

Strangely enough I started getting spam for the first time a week ago, weird stuff that reads like piles of different articles or blogs chopped up and mixed together sentence by sentence into an incoherent mess. All gets caught in the filter though, so not really a problem, just curious.

Change your catch-all e-mail address to something else?
