Oh, you poor dear!
'Lived In Bars' by Cat Power. I needed some sort of big-band feel to ring in the new year, so I put on 'The Greatest'. |

I may have picked up on the vibrations of 'Ring Of Fire' being played at a party across the street. Not my personal choice.

I made my sister fly around the room to the sound of Foo Fighters's 'I'll stick around'.Blame it on my nephew's record collection.

I had to walk out of a shop a few days ago because that song was playing, I have never hated anything as much in my entire life. One day I will find out where they live and piss on thier faces. Anyway I was listening to a playlist whilst doing a painting and Hear My Train A Comin' (Live) ran over into the new year by a minute then Limerick by Bardo Pond came on. A great way to start the year |

What annoys me is people walk around humming it, and going 'oh oh oh'. Because the only lyrics they know from the song are 'oh oh oh, dum de dum da merica..'. Never has there been such a piece of shit brit-pop pap that has gotten on my nerves so much. Except maybe Oasis. |

I would hope(for future peaceful relations between porkmarras and the british population)that some taste is brought back into an already dead and buried pop culture. The gay clubs are NOT where it's at but.,at least, some of them make some sort of effort.

DJ Tiesto's take on Adagio for Strings
It may be a simple sugary mass-market dance anthemn, but its also modern masterpiece. It does exactly what its supposed to. DJ Tiesto's Adagio for Strings

First album I popped on this morning was Loveless, seems like a good day to revisit the classics.
