Listen, there's this word called "death" they try and use as a tool. A tool used to incite fear, and a certain "yr time is limited so do this/buy our ideas of success before you die" vibe...
Fuck all that...get off on it any way you see fit. There IS a finish like. Death has already won. It's sitting on that finish line waiting on ya, wether it takes 1 month or 45 years for ya to get there. ENJOY YOUR life...do what YOU want to do with it. I suddenly actually dig my first tranny. I don't wanna fuck her, I don't wanna have her fuck me...I just wanna hang out + see what happens, even though it ain't happenin. I admire people that make those big decisions they know from the get go they;ll be given shit for for the rest of their lives. These people are my heroes.

That's really nice.
Sometimes it's so god damned hard figuring out what it is I ACTUALLY want to do versus some foolish ride down tool road. I never ever trust myself. How does a person learn to do that from nothing? It's funny....its so true how theres so much bullshit out there trying to market that "yr time is limited so do this/buy our ideas of success before you die" vibe, a lot of very obvious stuff that probably most of us were able to scoff at before we were even born, but those influences seep in in the smallest of ways too and it can get confusing to point down. Glad you're doing something that stimulates you. tee. hee. |

I already made it.
I think Amerikangod def got it...least, his response leads me to believe he did. I wrote it drunk, rewriting it from a sober perspective makes no sense to me...only because my original post still makes perfect sense when I go back and reread it (and I am very sober atm)

I'm still Swa(y), yr right. so? I'm def. happier than I used to be and that means pretty much everything to me. I mean, yr response to me sounds as if you think I've got something to prove to you or someone else? If you don't like my posts, I'm not offended. They can be ignored. Sorry...not sure what else to say.

you don't have anything to prove to me. I was just making the statement. I didn't realize that ann ashtray was swa(y) until now. So I was just like "wow... now it makes sense."

cuz I generally wasn't reading ann ashtray's posts. I don't know. I ignore posts that seem like just random crap. I've never read any of the "post something irrelevent" threads or anything.

I was grocery shoppin with the lady yesterday and we walked by the pharmacy aisle, and I noticed something that made me laugh.
For most products, marketing either trie to tie in to sex or a fear of death, like mentioned by ashtray above, in order to trigger certain inherent responses in the human that is looking at said product. Looking at the diapers for adults, I saw that on the packaging for the women's diapers, the picture was of a woman enjoing a cup of cofee, all happy, relaxing, or a woman on the phone in her house relaxing and talking to someone. (The message seems to be, "these diapers will let you enjoy your life! You can sit and relax without worry, piss yourself while talking to your friends! fun!") Then I looked at the men's diapers. Whereas the women in the diaper were being told that they can be girlish and carefree, even though they can't hold their liquid, the men were portrayed thusly... a man, in a t-shirt, with a towel around his neck, as if he had just finished a strenuous (sp?) work out, smiling with self-satisfaction. (the message seems to read "so you can't stop pissing yrself. These diapers will let you be a macho he-man! You can work out! You can be a vigorous sporto...") things for the young are marketed with sex and death (BUY NOW, for you WILL DIE!) things for older people are marketed to help them ignore death, ignore the aging that occurrs. just rambling..... don;t know if this has anything to do with anything
