Is Army Training Getting Easier?

A friend of mine has just passed basic training to join the British army. Now don't get me wrong, but this guy isn't my idea of army material and the fact that he's passed his training only makes me think that standards must be slipping.

Well, it depends, he might have not looked to you as the type. However, when he got there the rigorous training might have helped him trained better.

i heard all the military training in the united states is really easy now. except maybe the marines, i have no idea about them.
