I sold a chunk of vinyl tonight which I never sell my vinyl, cuz I was bored and broke. Sold some stuff I never listen to anymore: stereolab, breeders, lenny bruce, beefheart, waits - just stuff that i wouldn't really miss, like albums that I wasnt as fond of from artists i like and crap like that. I went to one place who offered me $30 for them which was ridiculous as fuck, as some of these records are less common and in pretty good shape, not to mention a few double lps. I declined and went to another store of the same chain and the dude offered me $45! Big f'ing difference! I took it, but damn they were out of RR on lp, so I got the Whitey album and S/T ep reissues, which I needed anyway (this makes my 4th copy of S/T - pretty fucking ridiculous but I collect this crap.). I love the gatefold on the s/t! and the Whitey album has the extra version of McBeth I assumed was only on the cd version - very cool. I walked out with $12 cash after the transaction. This sucks, but I'm bored and lonely at 3:21am.

I never had the whitey album on lp but on cassette and cd, and now I have 2 copies of the ep on cd (sst and reissue) and two on vinyl (zensor and reissue). This shit's outta hand.
