Hello.
I am new on this forum. Can anyone tell me if Sonic Youth ever released a version of Isolation by John Lennon, as I'm sure I heard this on the radio a long while back. If so what album/single was it on? Thanks. Nathan |

i don't think it was released, maybe on bootleg... it was a live at "la cité de la musique" last year.

It has a release done by lee Ranaldo with Epic Soundtracks on drums.
You can find the track on Amarillo Ramp (for Robert Smithson) an improv cd from Lee with some extra tracks. Recorded May 1991 by Wharton Tiers for a never-released Imaginary Records year-by-year tribute record (Isolation being the 1970 cut); Imaginary records indeed! |
