This programme is fantastic. the little Jew in the host's seat is the funniest thing ever, and the Preston episode was the best thing yet!*
* note. Americans may not have a clue about what all this is |

It's amusing and i like watching it whenever it comes up.Do you remember the whole thing between Gail Porter and Mark Lamarr when he made her cry and she stormed off the show? And when Lemmy was getting a good battering from Jupitus etc?

yeah, i like it, its a good show. but i'm not too sure about that new presenter - he kinda looks like the guy that always got picked on in my class in school.

They actually have shown it in America before. I think VH1 ran it a few times some years ago.

I really tried to like Hollyoaks to be social, but it just didnt work. I'd end up shouting obscenities at the screen.

Whatever you say about Hollyoaks it is pretty much the most avant-garde soap on tv. Yes, that's a relative thing but how many other soaps USE SPLIT SCREEN!

I used to watch it with Mark Lemar but I managed to catch that episode the other day where Preston stormed off... what a cunt. His face was hilarious when they were ripping it out of his wife.
As for Hollyoaks I used to watch it a few years back but I can't believe I actually did looking back. There were 2 hideously ugly twins in it at one point and I used to turn it over as soon as they came on, they seriously were repulsive. Thankfully they got killed off in a fire I think. |

I really don't think it was an American version that I saw...unless the concept of the American version was to not have any Americans on the show. I've seen the show on the internet since then, and there's no doubt that it was the original and not some US version. But the one I saw on TV years ago I remember so little about, other than that it seemed like a British show with the kind of humor that wasn't quite American. But I can't remember any specific person who appeared on the one or two episodes I saw back then.
