the title reads something like: "forever young - finally free"

in brief, he talks about:
- how much he loves the norwegian label smalltown supersound,
- that he's glad SY is finally finished with universal,
- that the process of making the five last SY records has been a chore due to lack of interest from the major label they were on,
- that they'll record a new record when they get home (the tracks are all complete, the album will be called "the eternal"),
- that he would like to top miles davis by putting out more than three records a year,
- that he loves norwegian black metal, and that coco has virtually been breastfeed satyricon and that she prefers their earlier records.

I think The Eternal sounds sucky as a title... but maybe it'll grow on me, it's just really surprisingg I think
