It's probably because days are kind of full of nothing at the moment..

but by 1 am(it is 1 30 now), I still don't actually want to sleep. It feels like I've just woken up.

Try a xanax and a glass of wine. You'll be out in 30 minutes.

I don't take xanax anymore. Sometimes I do the alcohol about an hour before bed. It helps a little but it isn't really a long term answer. Unless the question is do I want liver disease.

Right before bed now I HAVE to shower, and try to put some lavender oil on my pillow. It helps but, I still lay there for a good hour or so.

Don't blame you about the Xanax they are more addictive than heroin. Tylenol Pms seem to work pretty good.

haha! no way.

The past month has really fucked up my internal clock. I used to wake up at 8 30 ish no matter what time I went to bed.. now even with alarms in the morning, I can't move until after 11.

Getting to bed in the first place though.. : /

I think advil makes a PM now, but doing constructive tasks sometimes do the trick for me. Ilike to stay up while everyone is asleep and clean the house.

Xanex is some crazy shit. I personally do the old fashioned warm milk thing. Sometimes I listen to the Diamond Sea before I go to sleep.That usually calms me down.
