Dimeadozen is limited to the amount of members but if you keep trying to sign up you might be lucky as old/unused accounts get deleted.
Zomb torrents and The Traders' Den anyone can sign up. If you want to join Demonoid you might need an invite which i could probably help you with. |

I think you should try Dimeadozen.
Their policy regarding new users is pretty transparent and there are many chances to sign-in very quick. |
