08457 90 90 90 (in the UK and Northern Ireland )

They help you out if you are thinking of commiting suicide,if you suffer from depression,if you have drink or drug related problems etc etc.If you call from overseas you have to dial the international code for the uk from your respective country.They have a service all in japanese if need be.
Think about it:One well counselled SY board member means 10 less fucking annoying posts about how this forum isnt the way it used o be.
