Don't know if there's anyone from Edingburgh on here but I'll try anyway. I am going to be there at the end of August and I am looking for some tip offs of some good (and cheap) places to eat. Any kind of thing really but I am especially fond of Vegetarian Indian food and Persian/Kurdish/Turkish cuisine. But anything is good.
ps, I already know about the jacket potato shop on Cockburn St. Is it still there? |

Haha...yeah I know. I will just be in Edinburgh for the Fringe Festival and I was just thinking of my favourite places to eat where I live...
I've had a battered Mars bar before. They are....greasy. |
