Yay! First album of his that i've ever bought was 'Sick Love'. It sounds like taking acid at a party and crying crocodile tears. I'm quite the fan and even drop the odd line to him to let him know, nice chap. I think you might also like DJ Speedranch And Jansky Noise, if you like V/VM.

I assume you've already checked out his website. There's tons of mp3s on there, so you might get an idea of what to buy next.

I've already ordered the new Caretaker album and the Zatsu Ongaku Compilation. I'm tempted by the 'Sick Love Will Tear Us Apart' 7" but I'll have to wait until next week.

I bought the HelpAphexTwin album, but it was a bit gimmicky for my tastes.

That's not the best he's done, and in fact i've found the whole Aphex Twin jelousy thing a little irritating, even though i'm not Richard James's biggest fan.

Did you read the fake letter applying for a job at the Warp label that he wrote at the end of last year? I didn't know wether i should find that to be funny or a little sad.

V/VM are rubbish in an entirely agreeable fashion. Yay, says I.

SICK LOVE was the only album I ever got by them. It's disturbing. But interesting. Never ventured out beyond that one though.

let's forget playing instruments for once, this http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=PGp-9WvIZGU remains unexplained, and proof that sometimes some records can create a whole world inside you that you can't figure out why it exists.
