and it's really fucking cool. Very unlike that depressive industrial Petrzalka suburb.

oh, that's brutal!
i didn't think the prices would be that high.
here, about 2 years ako (at the peak of real estate boom) the prices per suare metre (new) topped 2.500-2.700 euros. I thought about buying a place to live back then but then I told myself: "wait, this is ridiculous" and we put it off.
now, as I hold my calculator in hand, it's about 1.700 EUR per square metre, which is neat.
plus, there will be fully equipped kitchen waiting for us (with all the built-in appliances, except for the fridge). which is cool, because kitchens tend to be expensive.

yeah, it's sort of far from the center. but still comfortably reachable via public transport, so no problem.
