Man, it was great. They played like half of Tommy as an encore.
My Generation, too. They closed with Substitute. You didn't even notice the absence of two members with Zack Starkey on drums (Ringo Starr's son). Maaaan. So discuss the Who, I guess. |

Nah. The crowd did though- I was standing next to an old guy and he just started screaming and doing air guitar. Must've got to him.

Hah, Pinball Wizard used to be my favorite song. I haven't heard it in some time.
I wouldn't mind seeing The Who if tickets weren't too expensive. |

'Who' played bass? To replace both Keith Moon and John Entwistle is inexcusable. That was a rhythm section.
They'd probably be one of my favorite bands if their stuff was more raw like Live At Leeds. I'd say The Who Sell Out would be their only studio album I enjoy all the way through. |

About £20 a ticket I think. They were going for £50 each from sellers outside the venue on the night. Quote:
No, they didn't, sadly. They played all the other ones you said though. Quote:
Some spanish guy, though I forget his name. He was pretty good. |

Did they change the lyrics to My Generation to 'I hope I get old before I die'?
I've always wondered that. |
