I'm never alone, so I'll make one up:

One time when I was alone, there was this huge pteradactyl that landed beside me (Pteradactyls are my imaginary friends).
"Wuddup Bitch" she said
I hesitated due to the awkwardness of the situation. What if someone saw me talking to a pteradactyl? I might be alone forever in that case.
"Play the Riddim!" I replied
We listened to King Tubby for the entire day.

Stavrogin is a loner in The Possessed.
Prince Myshkin is a bit of an oddball in The Idiot.
Raskolnikov is pretty much a loner in Crime in Punishment even though there are a few people that care about him in the novel.

I don't know...One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest by Kesey and Nausea by Sartre...maybe The Stranger/A Happy Death by Camus.
