ecently unearthed, Sonic Youth's first concert in Portugal recorded Live at Campo Pequeno Lisbon, Portugal July 14, 1993 will be making its way to Youtube in its entirety. The show was filmed by Zé F. Pinheiro with audio mixing and mastering by João Paulo Feliciano and Rafael Toral. Sonic Youth members Thurston Moore and Steve Shelley will be chatting with fans during the initial stream of the concert on YouTube on July 10th at 3pm EST.

great show. nice to see the footage synched up with the blastic scene audio. the chat was a little....chaotic.

Thanks, great quality... but it's not complete, missing the last 4 tracks right? I guess those songs were never recorded.

great setlist. I like that Thurston's guitar strap from that era (well, I thing he has been using it for some time already back then). Kim had that shorter cut after Dirty for a little. Looked cool. SY 93. nice. |
