Polish is very similar to Slovakian language. It's no problem for a Slovakian to have a decent conversation with a Polish fella with every one of them speaking their own language. Not that anyone would be interested, just sayin'.

I'd like to learn both of them. My Polish is better than my Slovakian because I have more of a chance of hearing it being spoken both at work and outside. I know a very nice Slovakian guy who works in another department in this building. He used to go out with a Polish girl, and you're right, they both used to speak each other's language to one another, apart from English.

I have a Polish friend. She and her mother will get into arguments in Polish in front of anyone. It is weird. I assume they are saying horrid things to eachother.
