A little help?

I'm trying to set up a new account, but the computer I am using directly turns this account on, and when I try to log it, it just says "all cookies cleared", and I can't actually sign out. What do I do? Come on guys, I know how smart you are.

But when I go back to the home page, it stays as my account?? So frustrating.

I'm seasoned. I drink QUITE often since I've been out of school, and working later hours during the days.
