I seem to remember they had the scores for SYR4 up on the site somewhere, now I can't find them. Does anyone have them or know whereI can find them?

I don't know if they're all available, but you should be able to find those that are at a good college music library. Some of them are just one page. I believe they're all graphic scores, not in standard notation. Some are floating around online too. I found a couple at the library here, can't remember which ones. I'll look around.

Most of them have instructions too, but you'd have to find the score for those.
The Tenney example is all you get, I think. The Cage has instructions that are important and there are parts for each player, not just one. The numbers mean something - my library has this one. I don't remember what the numbers mean though. With the Oliveros, you probably just move along the lines while improvising. + - works similarly, but I don't know exactly how. Basically, they're all just instructions or guidelines for improvisation. |
