Does anyone have a clue on how to take a toy with sirens, lazers and other sound effects and circuit bend it so I can control the pitch & tone of different sound effects? I just looked some stuff up on ebay but I'd rather make it myself...

Depends on the toy. You probably can't do that with newer toys. There's all kinds of websites/forums for this kind of stuff.. just look up circuit bending on google. Oh, I see people above me have supplied websites.

Whatever you do, do NOT circuit bend anything plugged into mains.
