Dvd and it can be a very mainstream movie or anything more obscure, it doesn't matter.

let's see without knowing what you's looking for it's a wild guess, so... how about a zhang yimou restrospective? red sorghum -> raise the red lantern -> the story of qiu ju -> to live -> shanghai triad -> hero -> house of flying daggers -> curse of the golden flower im skipping the ones i havent seen or sam peckinpah? major dundee --> the wild bunch -> straw dogs -> pat garret & billy the kid --> bring me the head of alfredo garcia --> the cross of iron jim jarmusch perhaps? permanent vacation --> stranger than paradise --> mystery train --> night on earth --> dead man --> ghost dog --> coffee & cigarettes --> broken flowers ive skipped the ones i havent seen cos i cant recommend them personally theres lots more but give us a hint |

The latest films that I have seen and think are good are; Spun; Idle Hands; Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas; Hostel.
Hostel seemed to receive lots of bad reviews, but I think it was pretty good, very disturbing story. |

out of the two movies recently made about truman capote, this one is not necessarily the better one (they're both very good) but is definitely the more entertaining of the two. it's not so heavy.
