anything by Elliott Smith, alot of his songs make me cry straight away, as soon as they start playing. and i can't stop it when it does. he was just so special. i never though i could ever love any music even half as much as i love Sonic Youth, but Elliott Smith has done that.

Put on any Steve Reich or Klaus Schulze record and you will go off into your own world from beggining to end. I just put on Reich's "Different Trains", a wholly depressing and brilliant album.
