this looks excellent. jim rose is awesome! i saw his circus sideshow once when i was hight out of my mind in amsterdam.

Meh, it was kind of a let down really. Some of the interviews are real cool (Ian Mackaye, Steve Albini, etc) but overall it wasn't one of the better music docs I've seen. I just watched American Hardcore after reading the book, and I enjoyed that one a lot more than DIY or Die.

I love how they missed the entire DIY hardcore scene which exists ENTIRELY on it's own will.
