In response to batrelaser's 'favourite' thread, list the 15 film performances that annoy you the most.
1. Richard Burton in Exorcist II: The Heretic 2. Nicholas Cage in 8mm and The Wickerman remake 3. Keannu Reeves in Dracula 4. Madonna in Body of Evidence and Swept Away 5. Jude Law in anything 6. Jason Statham in Revolver 7. Liv Tyler in Cookie's Fortune 8. Anthony Hopkins in Silence of the Lambs 9. Daniel Craig in Quantum of Solace (you're doing Bond wrong!) 10. Mickey Rourke in 9 1/2 Weeks 11. Everyone involved with Green Street 12. Dennis Hopper in about 75% of his films 13. Liz Hurley in Beyond Bedlam (needs to be seen to be believed) 14. Adam Goldberg as 'Mike' in Dazed and Confused (I like that movie and I know lots of people liked him in it but he just came over like a brat Woody Allen to me). 15. Jenette Goldstein as 'Vasquez' in Aliens (from the minute she walked onto the screen I knew I was gonna hate that movie) That was actually far more difficult than I'd imagined. |

worst ever tommy wiseasu in the room, but it's good in spite of itself
1. jared leto in requiem for a dream 2. jake gylenhaal in donnie darko 3. christian bale in harsh times ("YOU WANNA GET FUUUUUUUCKED UPPPPPPPPP?") 4. leonard dicaprio in the departed 5. matt damon in the departed (how this film ended up being watchable despite those two is beyond me) 6. keanu reeves in the matrix 3 7. johnny depp in pirates of the caribean 1-3 8. russel crowe in a beautiful mind (the star of the movie is his ugly ass mole) 9. the lead actor from ben and arthur 10. all 3 girls in death proof 11. eli roth in inglorious basterds 12. jake gyleenhall in zodiac (only bad part of that movie) 13. jared leto/jake gyleenhall in highway 14. tobey maguire in the ice storm 15. david caruso in kiss of death |

That's actually the first time I'd seen DiCaprio where I saw what all the fuss was about. I don't think it's that great a movie but I do think he's brilliant in it. Matt Damon was inevitably still shit in it either way. |

Greer Garson - Julius Caesar
Ingrid Boulting - The Last Tycoon Matt Damon - Rounders (how could he beat anyone playing poker in that movie when every time he spots an ace his face shows so much is a mystery) (I'm baffled to see him casted in good movies - the second movie DeNiro directed for instance) Larry Fishburne - School Daze (the movie was terrible, he gave up very early) Ashton Kutcher - The Butterfly Effect Crispin Glover - River's Edge (gets on my nerves; in Willard, I found him good) Théo Sarapo - Georges Franju's Judex (the only time I heard an audience laugh at a line that wasn't meant to be funny "you're my father!") I'd say Hillary Swank was quite good in the Black Dahlia; the movie remains terrible (Josh Hartnett) |

I know I'm in a minority with this but I really do think she sort of encapsulates what I hate about that film. She was one of those characters that, the minute I saw her I just wanted her to be killed off as quickly as possible. |

The Peter Pan guy in the beginning in Troll 2 11. The daughter's boyfriend in Troll 2 12. The strange goblin in Troll 2 13. The guy in the milkstore in Troll 2 14. Keanu Reeves in everything he's done 15. The perverted cop's even more perverted friend with the moustache in Troll 2 |

Nic Cage is awesome. Raising Arizonia, Deadfall, Wild at Heart, Bringing Out the Dead, the Weather Man, Matchstick Men, etc etc etc etc. I'd take him any day over someone like Russel fucking Crowe.

Al Pacino in Devil's Advocate. He manages to shout his way through the entire film ... even more than usual.

Nicholas Cage in any 15 movies he's been in. Hayden Skywalker is a good call too. Who thought it was a good idea to cast him in anything?? Not that the Star Wars prequels can really be used to judge who is and isn't a good actor, cause everyone looked like dog shit in those movies.
