For me:
-Advanced Web Development -Marvin Gaye -The Shaggs -The Residents -Scream therapy. This really does work well. I do it all the time now because I'm too shy to just yell at someone to get my anger out. It's mroe addictive than cigarettes.

strangely, salsa. the music, not dancing. great lyrics! latin american's answer to bands like pavement, i suppose-- only lots more fun, and goes well with rum.

You realize that's a slippery slope to myspace blogging.

I'm not too afraid of sliding down that slope.
I tried having a blog for a little while and I haven't signed onto it in months now. I'm just not wired that way I guess. Plus I have no plans to make a personal myspace page, and won't sully the band ones with my personal baggage... |

I'll refrain from commenting, as I'll just end up ranting about myspace, and we've been through that already.

Philosophy (and I'm not biased, Saint Thomas Aquinas to Nietzsche)
Cultural music Grilling (even though it is a terrible time to be outside grilling, but what the hell, the effort is quite worth it. Everything else I eat, not grilled, pales in comparison) |

Scholastic Team.
basically, academic trivia contest between schools. it's totally nerdy but i love it. i actually lettered in it. my team tied for fourth (with our cross-town rivals) in one of our leagues (we're a part of two, one has schools from North Idaho and Eastern Washington and the other has every school in Idaho), but we almost got second (and we actually beat the number one team, we were the only team to do so). regionals are in two weeks. five teams will be competing for two slots in the state tournament (and if, by some miracle, we do well at state, we go to nationals which are in Memphis or something).
