Pearl Jam's New Album

Dear lord.... anyone heard this? I thought they were done for. I stopped listening after Yield came out .

But this new one is amazing. AMG said it was their best since Ten and I was skeptical.... but i think it actually is.

Nice surprise, i guess.

Im still deciding if I should buy it or not. I only own the first 3 Pearl Jam albums and haven't listened to them in a very long time. Im still a little sore that I missed out on buying tickets to the Santa Barbara show before they sold out.

i got it from the station i work at, but haven't had a chance to listen to it. i'm sure it's gonna be good, though. i haven't heard anything negative about it yet.

I heard the single, World Wide Suicide, and it was okay, but I'm not conviced into buying the album.

is the album heavy/rocky?
is there the usual Pearl Jam slow accustic songs? (which are usually good)?
the cover of the album is an avacado split open, is this not a silly album cover? (gives me an idea for a thread...stay tuned)

i need more info before i even download it

for fucks sake, pearl jam are just dad rock,

they were never exciting and just swep out safe hard rock tunes for people who buy their cds at asda, this is the sort of shite that parents fuck to,

theres no major difference between pearl jam and the calling,

The idea of them makes me cringe.He must have the most annoying voice that ever moved towards a microphone.His stage presence is as charismatic as a splash of vomit on the street on a Friday night.As a whole this band sound wrong,they look wrong and they are doing it for all the wrong reasons
