He was days away from being sentenced to up to forty years

G W Bush gave him the nick name of "Kenny Boy"

I guess its not a possibility this was staged and he's at some undsiclosed location?

he fucking well deserved to do some time though. thing is there are loads of corrupt business men who get caught and very few go to prison for their crimes.
