I don't think my computer could take it. I have 2 and 3 but haven't really been able to get into them. They're very slow-paced and I always feel like I screwed up by the time I have a few cities. They are amazing games, though.

I've only played the first Civ... and this... If you jump straight from the first one to this, believe me, it's pure bliss. Just sheer Civ heaven. Everything you'd expect from Sid Meier and just better everything, IMO. Just take the first Civ and make everything in it at least a thousand times better.

Well damn. I can run the game. My processor is a couple hundred mHZ under the recommended, but other than that it's not too demanding. Now I want to spend more money. Damn you.

Haha. I think I'll wait for the price to go down, but he's one more reason to get it.
I pity Leornard Nemoy, though, as I almost literally read his name "Spock" when I read it quickly. |

Haha, it's more of an European name isn't it? Of what descent is he?

Wikipedia says his parents were Ukranian-Jewish immigrants. But he's from Boston. I always assumed he was actually a foreigner himself.

Anyway, hearing his voice narrate Civilization IV kinda makes you feel like Cap'n Kirk, which may or may not be a good thing depending on what kind of a person you are. Whatever your views on being William Shatner; his voice does lend a certain sort of gavitas to the proceedings. Sometimes it even feels like you're playing Wikipedia, The PC Game; which again; may or may not be a good thing.

Makes me sad to talk about it.
I bought it a few months ago, and it never worked correctly for me. It was extremely glitchy, and I abandoned it. Bastard computers. But I kick major ass with Korea. Hermit Kingdom all the way. If I ever get it to work Alyasa, its on! |

I want Oblivion so bad. I know I can't run that, though. Morrowind was my favorite game of all time.
