I try to sleep every night... I feel very sick when i don't sleep... surely it's a universal feeling, for the most part?

As I get older, I seem to need less sleep. 6 hours is maximum, any more and I feel like shit the next day.

the longest time without any sleep was probably something around 36 hours, so not very long. Can't imagine to stay awake for 5 days?!

I get terribly sleepy by 10 PM. The latest I've ever stayed up was 4 AM, and it was hell the next day.

My personal record is 2 days. I slept for a day afterwards. It's a proven fact that those who sleep less live longer.

Well, according to Stephen Fry it's true. And he's never wrong, because there's always that big screen that makes loud noises when someone's inaccurate on his TV show.
