the early velvet underground (66-67) were amazing. I wish I had more recordings from that time before john cale left...

later velvet is great too, more straight forward but very good indeed...

I think i'm gonna convert the Simphony of Sound audio from VHS and upload it on here at one point.Has anyone ever seen that movie?I love it when the cops go in and they have to stop playing.Amazing,amazing performance by the Velvets at their vicious best.
