That's hilarious. I don't think I've ever heard that joke before!

actually, I've considered starting a petition to have these installed.
I'm so sick of people running every single red light. I want to know the cost comparison of having them out in vs. how many people get hit at red lights and DIE. |

Yes, one of my pet peeves is bad drivers. They don't realize how dangerous they are. Also, do bicyclists ever get stopped by the cops? Why is it they think they can get away with riding through red lights, etc.? Don't they have to obey the same traffic laws as motorists?

How many points are motorists awarded for each one they run down? Sounds like a good game!

if it's between 'cyclist friendly' hours, nothing, and if they're knocked down during what we call 'prohibited time' they still don't get any points, but the cyclists are just left to die by the roadside until 9pm. that's when hospitals are allowed to treat them. some say it's harsh.

yes, I'd rather deal with a camera ticket than the hassle and embarrassment of getting pulled over by a traffic cop--who might just take the time to find other things wrong, either with your car (you can get fined for lights that are out, for example) or with you (if you happen to have misplaced your insurance card or registration, for example). At least with the camera, you ony get fined for what the camera captures.
