Been playing Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon which is what I needed since playing all the 8-bit and 16-bit Castlevania games awhile ago. It plays really well and has a great aesthetic design wise. Obviously the Castlevania games were made so long ago that others have had the time afterwards to improve the formula but nothing new could possibly beat Super Castlevania IV among one or two others maybe.
I played Mega Man 9 as part of that Legacy Collection on the Switch and the expansion on the Mega Man 2 art style is great but I can't beat it which sucks. I think I've played Smash Bros. Melee once every week with my friends for several years now. It's just like part of our lives and there's nothing we can do. |

I play too much street fighter, but Bloodstained looks dope. I might pick it up for the switch or something for a portable game. Haven't seen this name in ages... |

It's quite cheap on the Switch. I see it's available on the 3DS too but I've always played Castlevania games on consoles sooooo...

Curse Of The Moon is on 3DS? I had no idea. Anyway, they just announced the Switch version is getting a physical release. I'm gonna get that. I played it on Xbox One last year, but still.

I’m playing Far Cry 5 because killing cult members as a federal agent is bomb. I also just spent at least 15 hours watching some bro play Metro Exodus because I’m too poor to support my vidyagaem habbit.

Just stay on top of them dealzzz. I finished Hitman(PS4) last week and I’ve just been running through the challenges....kind of fun but pretty easy...some challenges are just ridiculous...but whatever...I’ll just skip those...for now. But tonight is Friday. So I’ll definitely be hitting up SF3 to get gud. 8/9 years of playing it seriously and I am still learning hella shit. Retro fighters are sort of going through a revival and they even have a ‘league’ for SF3. All community ran. Finalist are being flown out to a tournament in TX(I think). I just wish I wasn’t so busy with life to go to some events to try to qualify...anyway...my goal now is to go to Tokyo, train a bit with the big dawgs(friends of a friend actually live there) n of course see shit. But then hopefully return to JP for Coop Cup which is the biggest SF3 tournement and it’s a 5v5 team tournement. Had some friends attend this year and yeah...pretty much the SF3 Mecca... |

I've played a couple of hours, but on Xbox One. I like it. At least better than any other battle royale I've tried. I don't love it the way I do something like Overwatch. But it's pretty fun. I imagine it's way better if you're playing with two friends instead of 2 randos. Been playing a lot of Tetris 99 tho. I have 8 wins now.

Finally got past the 20 kill threshold in BF1. My favorite game to play as a kid was "guns" so BF1 is exactly the same rush.
I have also been playing Prison Architect on xbox One. (free download from xboxlive). It is real fun, REAL complex, and surprisingly engrossing. I also downloaded some corny looking yet extremely well made baseball game from xbox live. Super Mega Baseball 2. I also have been playing WRC6 on xbox one, free download. very difficult rally racer, very realistic and takes a lot of time to get good at it.

Looks like it’ll play similar to SNK’s baseball game.

I love it because everything is editable, from rosters, to characters. the game mechanics are dope. you are allowed two or three different ways to pitch and bat, and you can adjust your "ego" from 0-100 to determine the difficulty of the AI opponents. the teams are co-ed, and the refs are co-ed as well. cool stuff.

Have you played the Puyo Puyo version? Me and a pal of mine used to play a Puyo Puyo mod he used to have on his comp from back in like..1999. That game was so great. They finally released it for the States about a year or so ago bundled with Tetris, and combined the two in a few modes. If you like Tetris, and have not checked it out, I highly recommend it, simply for the Puyo Puyo portion. That is hands down the best "battle puzzle" game of that style I have ever played. |
