im more awake now than then i was addicted to double espressos. i no longer crash when it wears off. and the shakes are gone.

i tried to drink less of it and i started getting caffeine withdrawal symptoms within like two hours. the worst part of it is that all the caffeine fucks up my stomach.

The older lady I work with will drink at least four cups of coffee by 9am, and then takes No Doze. Yikes.

I'm the same way, I start at 5am, and I climb out of bed at about 4:15. Ugh, now I'm depressed.

yeah that might mean you're doing too much. my caffeine withdrawal symptoms include nasty fucking headaches like i'm having an icepick shoved into the back of my neck. but they go away after i sleep them off.

i'll still have a cup of espresso some afternoon, but i no longer have to have 16 shots a day.

if it's fucking up your stomach (with your died of sugar and beef, what did you expect?) try reducing at least. though cold turkey works best as it's more brutal.

i drink much coffee, but caffiene doesnt really do much for me, atleast not at the doses that are in coffee. ive never felt "wired" even if i drink a few pots, it can help me stay up if i need to but i can easily sleep even if i drank some before bedtime.

Yeah, coffee makes my guts turn over like a cement mixer. I only drink it because the tea in the vending machines at work really is shit and I need something to pep me up.

when i quit smoking i started drinking 2 or 3 cans of coke a day which made my guts feel really gross, and considering all the crap in coke i'm not sure it's really worth not smoking.

the funny thing, coca cola can be used as diarrhea medicine (diarrhoea i think as spelled in england?). but it's rather poisonous.

aren't british people heavy tea drinkers anyway? that's not so bad for you... actually has many health benefits.
