any plans for this week?

meeting my dad. and I feel the urge of making music like mad the last days, hahaha
nothing else planned right now. visiting my grandma and eating like mad, too. this evening, haha

I've been sick for 2 weeks in a row, but still can't resist a ciggie or two here and there.

dont eat any form of carbonhydrates for 2 days and you will definately loose 2 kilos. (I do that after heavy trashing myself in form of alcohol and/or munchy days, you will feel like new born after that)

2. MDs re those kickass looking update of a cassette tape sony did a 2 decades ago or some. they are looking like a way smaller cd with the shell of a 3.5" amiga disc. pretty awesome. almost cd quality, super duper for field recordings too, they got record ins and blablabla
3. pasta, potatoes, sugar (!!!!), bread everything with flour and /or sugar. you can go with meat, vegetables etc.
for example:
just drink water/tea/coffee without sugar all the day. and just eat some salad/meat (not too much pork, chicken is perfect). just an example.
