Y'know what? I always thought that was the most overrated Pixar film of the lot. I mean, it's alright, bit it's nothing special.

We've been watching this in English Language, as an example of language acquisition. I haven't really been enjoying it, largely because I end up getting pretty distressed whenever Nell's freaking out.

Still watching Crystal Lake Memories because I fell asleep during much of the 3rd movie section, not because of boredom but i got boozy comfy. Finally got back around to resuming and rewound to re-watch what I slept through.

Meh. I’m pretty sure Shazam is gonna suuuuck. It will probably be fun enough, but I strongly doubt it will be good. Never saw Aquaman, and won’t until I can do so for free, but from what I hear, DC is all about big dumb fun in movies now. Plus, whatshisass looks like he’s wearing a padded suit. Not muscles. Even though I guess he got really ripped. Still looks like he’s stuffing. |

Wings keep losing, and I keep watching movies to cheer me up after hockey A Better Tomorrow is such a classic. John Woo rules hard, and this movie confirms why, always has |

The Departed This doesn't seem to get much love but I really like it. It has its faults, mainly due to some weird casting, but LDC is absolutely brilliant. I think this was the 1st film I saw him in where I really started to understand what all the fuss was about. |

It's a real good film however it has one of the most hamfisted, AWFUL final shots of any film ever. Up there with previously discussed Psycho. Almost to the point where it nearly ruined the film for me.
The plus is Jack Nicholson is just ace in it "don't stop til your numb *grin*
