staying up late in front of a computer listening to music and browsing syg, reddit etc. it's really but sometimes it can also be bad. but generally it's cool

Finally picking up our 2 new cats today, Sid and Bee. Rescue cats often are ill. We couldn’t bring em into the house with respiratory issues since we have an 11 year old calico, Stella, and a one year old tuxedo cat, Dot. Stella is my kittie, real affectionate, we are hoping the 2 new ones (about 8 months old) will be good pals for Dot (Ms Ild’s cat). She’s been trying to play with Stella, who wants no part of this “playing” stuff.

it's my first Purim this weekend! my friend is finally coming to try our temple friday! saturday is my first board meeting at my non profit music venue thing! sunday i get to see my besties 10 year old twins in "the lion queen" (about queen esther which is what purim celebrates), it's gonna be cuuuuuuuute! then later that day i'm volunteering at Purimagination! (horrible pun i know, but it's for kids, they dress up in costumes and there is candy and games and stuff) and it's like the biggest purim festival in the country.

We gave a couple thousand to 2 people that are really kind, hard workers, but poor. Felt good to make a diff. The one said: “I can get an oil change, a couple of used tires and make a trip to the grocery today.” The othe one said : “I appreciate being appreciated”
