good on nigeria, which dominated, and scored a nice goal, but otherwise, mang that was a pretty dull match

Yeah, Nigeria deserved it but I'm disappointed for Burkina Faso. They didn't really turn up. Not a great end to an otherwise great tournament.

West Ham never really interested me (sorry), but their owner, now, suddenly, does. Porn mags? I knew Blackburn were funded by the poultry business, but that, I had no idea of... Blackburn was last year's QPR, except that it took them a bit longer to sink... |

MU will almost certainly score but their defence is shocking, but Real aren't that hot either this season. There'll be goals, for sure, but no idea what the result will be.
Liverpool play West Brom in about 20 minutes, if you're interested. |

caught the 2nd half i am amazed at liverpool's ability to totally dominate on the attack, NOT score, miss a freely given penalty, and end up conceding 2 goals in the last few minutes. it's as improbable as it gets. AMAZING. |

Absolute madness, Ben Foster occasionally pulls out performances like that end then goes on to drop a clanger in the next game. I reckon it was a dive by Suarez for the penalty anyway, so hats off West Brom

You missed nothing in the first half but the second half was great. Liverpool really missed Sturridge, forcing Suarez back up front where he's not as good. The win sort of flattered West Brom but credit to them and yeah, a wonder save by Foster.
Liverpool will be lucky to qualify for the UEFA cup now, never mind the CL. Adios Suarez I imagine. |
