So today, unpacking more of my shit, I discover two (2) cannisters (100 ft) of 35mm Tri-X. Packages say to process before 6/94!
I don't think I any longer have my bulk roller. Is it worth picking one up to roll and use this film? I'd love to get back into using my old Nikon.

Thanks. How much do bulk rollers go for these days? I'm on a budget. I have to buy clothes, ya know.

Couple of corny Christmas in the Rockies snapshots. I love the accident of the first one, the dogs walking through. These are of my daughter and her ski bum entourage, basically.

Ha ha, yeah, that dude is hilarious. He's got like this stoned demeanor where he talks extremely slow and all thoughtful, but he's very smart and funny.
Altitude makes the alcohol work better too. I was getting wasted on 4% wheat beer after just a couple of cups.

they're pretty cheap (i've only ever been given them) but i guess around $30. You can do it without a loader though, just take enough film from the roll to stretch from one arm to the other (in the dark!) and that's around 25 exposures, I think 5 foot is 35-40 exposures. Attach some tape to the end and wind it on to the canister (making sure the film is the right way around, matt side down i think). done, alot easier with the loader though, less faffing around in the dark. |

Yeh, I'll go with a loader. Damn, I wish I still had mine. I need new cannisters anyway.
