I should also take this opportunity to say that I hate wearing glasses and I would get contact lens except I can't touch my eye without recoiling in disgust.

Well, usually I don't mind them but when I think about it I think I'd be a lot more happier without them.

Plus laser eye surgery is like £1400 or something, fuck that.

Don't you always find it amusing when the advertisements for that say, "FROM ONLY £700 PER EYE!" Why do they do the prices PER EYE? Do they expect people to get one eye fixed and walk about with a monocle the rest of their days?

oh no but some people have one eye thats really bad and the other is not so bad i guess.

but these surgeries only work for a while it seems. abit pointless.

There is an argument to be made for having a legitimate reason to wear a monocle. Hard to justify as a mere affectation, but if one actually needed it....

thanks, we hired a proper photographer and not a wedding photographer. he has shot marilyn manson and pearl jam etc when they have been in aus.

I have been wearing glasses for years and a lot of people ask me why i dont get contacts. but i know that if i put them on i will be bothered by it as well
