Nope, a racist is a racist if he/she assigns negative traits to someone specifically and solely because of their race, and the actions they take because of this.

as you can say a race a group of specie that lived in the trees
now is a race of a walking group
evolution can from there evolve , for example to a swimming specie

amfibia becomes land animal
land animal becomes air animal

it is always moving and evolving to were surival is possible

Back in the day there were more than one human species. neanderthal man and homo sapiens existed at the same time, and even now, some people are saying they may have interacted sexually, but it is unlikely. lions can inseminate tigers, but their children are ussually sterile. much like donkey7s and horses can make sterile mules.
