i'm listening to robe.

about the sleep album, i actually think it's a shame that the real, finished, as intended version of that album is called dopesmoker; jerusalem fits it so much better, conceptually and in execution. i have it as dopesmoker.

la sexorcisto rules!!! i love how they went from playing pussy galore-like stuff to using metal riffs and samples. super sexy swinging sounds was a contract filler so rob zombie could end the white zombie contract and start his minsitry-rip off solo career.

Nice sound. Anybody knows this?
It seems they're only 2 (guitarist + drummer).

just finished listening to:

(i once jammed with two guys, we were supposed to be like an improv band and we sounded a lot like this album except noisier and doomier, too bad those guys were poseurs)

now, giving it a second chance:

wolf eyes - river slaughter

sounds a little better but it's still not good enough.
