It's pretty lame and off the cuff, but Sonic Youth videos tend to be. If I had to make a video for Sacred Trickster I'd just use the Letterman performance, it's far more exciting.

i didn't realize surgal directed this one! makes my disconnection notice comment all the more relevant. i'm surprised people are so down on this one! who knew people took the modern music video so seriously...
