May Wah has the biggest selection I've seen, and you can order it in bulk off their website: http://www.vegieworld.com/cart/shopc...?type=products. They have over 100 types of meat. (Including things like vegetarian blue gordon pork chop).

There should be more generic vegan 'meat replacements' at your local grocer too, but you usually have to try a few different ones to find one that actually replicates the taste properly and doesn't taste like pepper
