transcendental meditation?
That show was definitely one of the oddest, improbable, and captivating thing on TV for a while. The idea of 5 minute episodes seems strange. But I am intrigued, so if it happens, I'll have to check it out.

The spirit of the show was to keep it like an ongoing thing, hopefully that will be a priority as well as the quick buck to be made.

What I'm reminded of about Twin Peaks is a couple years ago when I took two weeks off work curled up with clutched fists and spent the entirety watching both seasons and fire walk with me. I'm glad it was there at the time.

I took vacation from work too when I watched it! Me and a buddy watched the entire thing -- movie and pilot and all -- in just a few days. We had a prescription of Hydrocodeine. We barely slept. We disconnected the phone, covered all the windows and doors, had a fog machine going (I'm not even kidding) and watched Twin Peaks nearly full blast out of some huge speakers, on a huge tv. We kinda camped out in his living room watching all this shit, with no real distractions. His girlfriend got pissed, but it was one of the best things I've ever done. I miss having time to do that shit. (about a month later, we attempted to play a 24 hour drone concert but only played about half of it)

A fog machine would literally create a good atmosphere for Eraserhead.
Hearing the shhhhhhh! sound every few minutes would probably drive me nuts after an episode or two. Weirdos. :-)

At the risk of sounding redundant, "octave numbers" after the note name help clarify which octave
the note is to be played in. To play a C major 7th on the third octave, we would write: C3,E3,G3,B3. To play it an octave higher we would write: C4,E4,G4,B4. |

If David Lynch was involved and it was an actual resurrection of the TV show I'd dig it, but this just sounds stupid.
Twin Peaks would probably be successful now. Look at all the shows it has influenced that are madly successful- Lost, BSG, Life on Mars, bla bla bla. |

I love twin peaks but theres no way this could be good, I thought fire walk with me was abit shit but i'm sure this would make it seem great. The last time i saw kyle was in that film with 4 screens and he looked a bit old to pick up from where they left off.
I don't think I've been the same after watching bob attack and lick that girls face when i was tripping. I FUCKING HATE BOB! |

In David Lynch related news, has anyone checked out his interview series on his website, the ones I've seen range from homeless people in the middle of nowhere to tourists passing through areas, very real, very awkward, very Lynch.
