oww . here there are pretty useful (and easy to setup) debt cards, you "put" how much money you want in them (there are some limitations, but for record buying and "normal" online shopping they're perfect), and can pay with them visa-electron things and you can also use them with paypal, you might try and ask around if there's anything similar in your country.
