Here's what he's replying to:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hYFoIVhmLnM EDIT: Here's the remix with a music video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QbXSlm-SCK0 Eminem's is better/more hilarious, obviously. I was obsessed with Eminem from age 11 to about age 13 and I agree with atsonicpark - his first two albums are amazing. I haven't heard any full albums past The Eminem Show but when comparing the "hit" songs from Encore vs. those of Relapse, the latter definitely comes out on top. Also lol @ Nick Cannon being the host of America's Got Talent. |

Yeah. The title is incredible. Whatever. I'm okay with him trying something different. He's made a lot of solid albums. And he's a weird dude. And I respect it. Same way I feel about the Lil Wayne rock album. Both will just be interesting asides to their discographies. Like 808s AND HEARTBREAK really.

Agreed. Thank you for being the rare rap fan understanding of creativity.

Who cares what he did more than a decade ago? It just makes what he's doing seem even stupider. |

Relapse, at the very least, is Sonically amazing thanks to Dre of course.

That's actually an Esham diss. Esham created a really unique, trippy production style. He coined it "acid rap" on both his own and the NaTaS (his rap group) albums. Ironically enough, Dre actually went on to rip off Esham's production entirely for a few tracks - for a harder, more horrific sound - he even ripped off a few of Esham's most common lines. (ex: New Jack's theme from ECW ) |

Esham is black as fuck bromo!!
Both ICP and Eminem were heavily influenced (to put it lightly) by him - FACT. Eminem actually used to be a huge ICP fan. Back when everything was still local. The feud began when he was throwing a release party (for Slim Shady LP i believe) and put ICP's and Esham's name on the bottom of the flyers with a small "(maybe)" underneath both of their names. He approached J at St Andrew's (a church converted into a venue/club in Detroit) one night and showed him the flyer. J got pissed because he was using their name to promote his shit without either his nor Shaggy's permission. They had never even met prior. There's even a rumor about Em's tattoo of his daughter Haley. Apparently it used to be a Riddlebox (or was it Ringmaster?), but once the feud started - he had it professionally removed and altered. I like Eminem, Esham and ICP. I'm just telling what I know from living around these parts/personal research. [/rant] |
