I was originally gonna get the Tascam one, that's what I'd pick. They now make one with a cd burner built in which makes things way easier. The only bummer is I think you can only record two tracks simultaneously.

I'd recommend this, the 8 track counterpart to my 16 track. I know 2 people who have it and dig it.

Thanks, I think I've plauged this board about recording equipment enough (hopefully).
I read about that Fostex one, but I wasn't sure about Fostex's equipment as I've never played with any of it before. I guess it's down to those two, though I'm leaning towards the Tascam. I'll read more about the Fostex. I can't trust my own opinion anway. |
