Mega Drive kinda sucked.
However, I do have a Genesis with 130 games... classics like Gunstar Heroes, Alien Soldier (yep, I got my Genesis modded to play it), Landstalker, and one of my all time favorite games Beyond Oasis... I used to have about 250 Genesis games but I paired it down to the ones that I actually enjoy and/or the ones that are actually worth money (Streets of Rage 3 usually runs about $70, and I have it.. Phantasy Star IV usually runs about $50 and I have that)... though I love the Genesis, my SNES collection is better. Was never a huge fan of the Mega drive, loved the hidden game on the inside of it though, and I loved the other 'main' Sega systems (Dreamcast was probably the last really good gaming console). |

OH fuck.. i just remembered some things.. zombies ate my neighbors (which i own for snes AND genesis and i have the sequel "Ghoul patrol")... best multiplayer game ever.. i actually ripped the soundtrack to mp3 a few years back ...
i've beaten streets of rage 2 well over 100 times.. no kidding.. my favorite genesis game is actually probably kid chameleon.. if only because i had it for 12 years before i finally beat it last summer.. i beat all 100+ levels.. it was one of the best moments of my life. speaking of 16-bit gaming though, i think i love the genesis a bit more than the snes because it had more solid games, all the games on it are way faster (blast processing), and genesis games always had better music (i love playing contra hard corps or castlevania bloodlines or rocket knight adventures with headphones plugged into my genesis), even though it didn't have the jaw-droppingly amazing games like chrono trigger and my favorite game of all time, super metroid.. |

I'm just a smidge older. Following someone's namesake -
I had one of these bad boys Including a couple of games that were on cards rather in cartridges that I doubt any of you remember 'cos you're all noobs. Or something. I feel ill.
